Listen to Chadd Schaefer, a 20-year yoga teacher, explain to Heather his approach to being authentic in your work and as a student. Chadd was an early student of Bikram Choudhury, a once-famous yoga teacher who is now on the run from Interpol, and Chadd discusses the process of evolving from these Bikram days. He discussed the natural questioning that starts to happen as we gain more awareness, and how to teach yoga classes while allowing people to freely express their version of a yoga pose

Chadd Schaefer is the co-owner of Body Temp Yoga in San Francisco, CA and began teaching hot yoga back in 2001. He has since expanded into movement and myofascial release classes with the aim of educating people on how to better understand and move their bodies to promote longevity, recovery and  resilience. Chadd is also a whole-food, plant-based nutrition coach. 

Heather Grzych is the author of The Ayurvedic Guide to Fertility and the host of the Wisdom of the Body podcast. A board-certified Ayurvedic practitioner, she teaches the Regenerative Fertility Method to support future generations worldwide. Heather is on the board of directors for the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) and has consulted with doctors, governments, and insurance companies. She offers virtual consultations and programs worldwide.
