Listen to Jacqui Lalita, founder of the Wild Wisdom School of Earth Medicine & Embodiment, explain to Heather why self-acceptance is necessary for natural healing, and the divine feminine magic that happens when we accept ourselves. • Breast size and body image
  • Self-acceptance
  • Breast implant illness - when breast implants begin to create toxicity in the body
  • Breast explant surgery
  • What it takes to feel sexy
  • How to trust a way of healing
  • The pitfalls of cosmetic surgery

  • Being celibate temporarily
  • Dance as a way to reconnect with one’s feminine magic
  • What women are missing in their education growing up
  • How not to be your own worst critic
