Wellness expert Heather Grzych discusses ways to support your pregnant friends and make their journey to motherhood a little easier. Pregnancy can be an exciting, yet challenging and transformative time in a person's life, and offering your support and care can make a world of difference. Your pregnant friends might be experiencing morning sickness, fatigue, mood swings, and a whole host of other symptoms. They may be hopeful, excited or even scared. You probably know that morning sickness is common in the first trimester, for example. But not all pregnancies are the same. How can you be there for them and help make their journey easier?
